It is critical that dealerships have reliable telecommunication systems and services inorder to interact with their existing and potential customers. NJ CAR, through its partnerships with various product and service providers, offersmembers local, long distance, Internet and toll-free services, as well as phone systems and the latest telecommunications products. For instance, some dealers have beenmigrating toVoice over Internet Phone (VoIP) systems, which offer many benefits compared to traditional phone systems. NJ CAR’s partnership with Princeton Hosted Solutions, LLC, a New Jersey-based VoIP provider, brings this cutting edge technology to dealers at a very competitive rate.
